Nadep Laghubitta Declares No Dividend This Year

Nadep Laghubitta (NADEP) has decided to skip dividend distribution for its shareholders this year. Following a board meeting on May 14, the company resolved to forward its financial statements for the last fiscal year to the Nepal Rastra Bank for final approval without proposing any bonus shares or cash dividends.

Nadep Laghubitta Declares No Dividend This Year

The Board of Directors of Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NADEP) convened a meeting on May 14, 2026 (Jestha 1, 2083 BS), and resolved not to distribute any cash dividend or bonus shares to its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year. In line with this decision, the board also approved the company's financial statements for the last fiscal year and decided to forward them to the central bank, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), for final review and approval. This move means investors holding NADEP shares will not receive any payout from the company's earnings this time around, as the microfinance focuses on strengthening its financial position or meeting regulatory requirements.
