    G.D. Pharmaceuticals Limited Convenes SGM to Approve Public Share Issuance

    G.D. Pharmaceuticals Limited has officially called a Special General Meeting (SGM) for Ashad 1, 2083, primarily to seek shareholder approval for increasing its capital structure and launching an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public.

    G.D. Pharmaceuticals Limited Convenes SGM to Approve Public Share Issuance

    G.D. Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced its upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) scheduled to take place on the 1st of Ashad, 2083, at the Company's Registered Office in Tripureshwor, Lalitpur, commencing at 08:00 AM. The primary objective of this extraordinary assembly is to deliberate and vote on critical growth strategies, most notably the proposal to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) targeted at the general public. In order to facilitate this public issuance, the board will present resolutions to scale up the company's authorized and issued capital, alongside necessary amendments to its Articles of Association and structural regulations. Furthermore, the assembly will review financial strategies regarding the total capital projection to be raised from the public issue, followed by a discussion on miscellaneous organizational agendas.
