Time Pharmaceuticals Sets IPO Cut-Off Price at Rs. 500, Public to Buy Shares at Rs. 450

Time Pharmaceuticals Limited has finalized the cut-off price for its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) under Nepal's book-building mechanism. Following a competitive bidding process among qualified institutional investors, the company's cut-off price has been set at Rs. 500 per share. In line with Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) regulations, retail investors will be offered a 10 percent discount, enabling them to purchase shares at Rs. 450 per share. The company plans to issue 1,086,500 ordinary shares, representing 20.50 percent of its issued capital of Rs. 530 million. Of the total offering, 40 percent (434,600 shares) has already been allocated to qualified institutional investors, while the remaining 60 percent (651,900 shares) will be offered to the general public. Retail applicants will be required to apply for a minimum of 50 shares under the book-building framework. According to NEPSE sources, 44 qualified institutional investors participated in the bidding process held between July 6 and July 10 (Ashad 22–26), through which the final price and allocation were determined. The company will now seek approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) before opening the public subscription. As of the third quarter of FY 2082/83 (mid-April 2026), Time Pharmaceuticals reported a net worth per share of Rs. 167.51, earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 10.23, and retained earnings of Rs. 228.2 million. Established in 1995, the company operates its manufacturing facility in Gaindakot, Nawalparasi, producing more than 200 pharmaceutical products for both the domestic market and exports to countries including India and China. The company will be listed under NEPSE's Manufacturing and Processing group, with Nabil Investment Banking Limited serving as the issue and sales manager.
