SNORL Announces 10% Bonus Shares and 0.53% Cash Dividend

Snow Rivers Limited has announced a dividend for its shareholders from the profit earned during FY 2082/83. The company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 15, 2083 proposed a 10% bonus share dividend and 0.5263% cash dividend for tax purposes based on the company’s current paid-up capital. The proposed dividend has received prior approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission on Bhadra 26, 2083. The dividend will be distributed only after approval from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has not yet announced the book closure date or AGM date.
