Bullion Update : Gold Drops by Rs 1,300, Silver Slips to Rs 5,060

The domestic bullion market in Nepal experienced a notable downturn on Tuesday, reversing the gains from the week's opening session. As per the official data released by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold fell significantly by Rs 1,300 per tola, settling at Rs 291,500. This comes after a high of Rs 292,800 per tola recorded on Monday. Following a similar negative trajectory, silver also witnessed a downward correction of Rs 90 per tola, bringing its current market value down to Rs 5,060 from Monday's rate of Rs 5,150. Market analysts view this sudden drop as a temporary stabilization after consecutive price surges in recent trading days.
