    Kumari Bank Promoter Share Auction: 3.21 Lakh Units Up for Bid

    Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has announced an auction of 320,948 promoter shares to its existing promoter shareholders. Eligible shareholders can submit their bids within 35 days from the publication of the notice on Shrawan 24, 2083.

    Kumari Bank Promoter Share Auction: 3.21 Lakh Units Up for Bid

    Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has announced the auction of 320,948 units of promoter shares to its existing promoter shareholders. Interested eligible shareholders are required to submit their bids at the bank’s central office in Naxal, Kathmandu, within 35 days from the date of publication of the auction notice, i.e., Shrawan 24, 2083. The shares are being offered to existing promoter shareholders as part of the bank’s promoter shareholding arrangement. If no eligible promoter shareholders submit bids within the specified period, the remaining shares will subsequently be offered for auction to the general public. Meanwhile, KBL shares closed at Rs. 215.00 per share in the latest trading session.
