Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) has introduced an innovative 'Self-Renew' feature alongside other user-centric upgrades on its mobile banking platform, the 'Muktinath Fada App'. This latest enhancement eliminates the traditional hassle of visiting bank branches just to renew expired mobile banking services. Users can now seamlessly reactivate their accounts from the comfort of their homes by simply clicking the 'Renew Now' option on the expiry pop-up alert within the app. After reviewing the renewal fee details, customers can input their Transaction PIN to instantly restore their services. Furthermore, to make digital banking more holistic and customer-friendly, the bank has integrated features that enable users to update their National Identity Card (NID), PAN, and email addresses directly through the app, ensuring a truly contactless and efficient banking experience.
