    Kalanga and Sanigad Hydropower IPOs Listed on NEPSE

    The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) officially listed the Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) of Kalanga Hydro (KAHL) and Sanigad Hydro Limited (SGHL) on Wednesday, Asar 17. A combined total of 42.5 million shares were listed between the two companies, with regular trading scheduled to commence this Thursday following their designated special pre-open sessions.

    Kalanga and Sanigad Hydropower IPOs Listed on NEPSE

    The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has formally listed the Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) of Kalanga Hydro (KAHL) and Sanigad Hydro Limited (SGHL) on Wednesday, Asar 17. NEPSE listed 14 million total shares of Kalanga Hydro—comprising 4.9 million public shares and 9.1 million promoter shares. Concurrently, Sanigad Hydro saw 28.5 million total shares listed, consisting of 8.55 million public shares and 19.95 million promoter shares. Shares of both hydropower companies are set to begin regular trading on Thursday, contingent upon execution during the special pre-open session. For the opening sessions, NEPSE has designated an initial trading range of Rs 98.56 to Rs 295.68 for Kalanga Hydro (trading under the ticker KAHL) and Rs 100 to Rs 300 for Sanigad Hydro (trading under the ticker SGHL).
