Global IME Balanced Fund-1 Declares 12% Dividend

Global IME Capital has announced a 12% cash dividend for investors of Global IME Balanced Fund-1 for FY 2082/83, while Global IME Samunnat Yojana-2 will not distribute any dividend this year.

Global IME Balanced Fund-1 Declares 12% Dividend

Global IME Capital Limited has decided to distribute a 12% dividend to investors of Global IME Balanced Fund-1 (GIBF1) from its profit for FY 2082/83. The proposed dividend, inclusive of applicable taxes, amounts to Rs. 12.31 crore. The fund will distribute the entire 12% as a cash dividend, with no bonus shares involved. The book closure date for the dividend eligibility and the listing date will be announced by the capital at a later date. Meanwhile, Global IME Samunnat Yojana-2, another mutual fund scheme managed by Global IME Capital, has decided not to distribute any dividend to its investors for the same fiscal year. Following the completion of the external audit, the capital has formally notified the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), and CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC) about the respective decisions.
