Lumbini Bikas Bank to Auction 1.51 Lakh Promoter Shares to Public

Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) is set to sell 1,51,585 units of promoter shares held by its existing promoters through an auction to the general public and institutional investors. Individual investors, companies and institutions are eligible to participate in the auction. Interested bidders must submit their applications within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, starting from Ashwin 21, 2083. Investors wishing to participate in the auction are required to submit their bids at the bank’s central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu within the specified deadline.
