    Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited (SOPL) executed its first transaction in the Special Pre-Open Session on Monday, Jestha 25.

    Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited (SOPL) successfully commenced its equity trading in the secondary market with its first transaction executed during the Special Pre-Open Session on Monday, Jestha 25. The company’s shares opened at Rs 276.50 per capita. Prior to this, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) had designated an initial opening price range between Rs 92.15 and Rs 276.50 for the debut trade. By opening at Rs 276.50, the scrip hit the highest possible ceiling of the prescribed boundary, paving the way for regular continuous market trading under the ticker symbol 'SOPL'. The pharmaceutical company had recently listed its shares on NEPSE on Friday, Jestha 22. A total of 17,160,000 shares were listed in the exchange, which comprises 4,290,000 shares allocated to the general public (IPO) and 12,870,000 shares held by the company's promoter shareholders. With the pre-open session successfully clearing the match, investors can now actively buy and sell SOPL shares during regular trading hours.
