Gold Jumps Rs. 3,300, Silver Gains Rs. 130 in Nepal
Gold and silver prices continued their upward trend in Nepal on Friday, with gold rising by Rs. 3,300 per tola and silver by Rs. 130. Gold has surged by Rs. 12,600 per tola in just two days.
Gold and silver prices increased sharply in the Nepali market on Friday, Bhadra 5, with gold climbing by Rs. 3,300 per tola and silver gaining Rs. 130 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. Following the latest increase, gold is being traded at Rs. 316,700 per tola, up from Rs. 313,400 per tola on Thursday. The latest surge means the price of gold has increased by a significant Rs. 12,600 per tola over the past two trading days. Meanwhile, the price of silver has reached Rs. 4,985 per tola, compared to Rs. 4,855 per tola on Thursday. The continued rise in precious metal prices has pushed both gold and silver to higher levels in the domestic market.
