ANLB Lists 1.11 Lakh Bonus Shares on NEPSE

Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) has listed 111,639 bonus shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The company’s 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Baisakh 07, 2083, endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board meeting held on Chaitra 12 had proposed 14.25% bonus shares, worth slightly over Rs. 1.11 crore, along with a 0.75% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 5.87 lakh. The approved bonus shares have now been listed on NEPSE and will be added to the company’s listed shares. ANLB closed at Rs. 5,010 per share.
