The entire issue holds a total paid-up valuation of Rs. 2 arba, maintaining a standard face value of Rs. 100 per share. According to the regulatory disclosure, secondary market trading for these instruments is scheduled to commence tomorrow, Jestha 8, 2083. However, the commercial bank explicitly clarified that these perpetual non-cumulative instruments will be exclusively traded among institutional investors.
