    Sanima Bank has listed 2 crore units of perpetual non-cumulative preference shares on NEPSE, with trading starting tomorrow.

    Sanima Bank Limited has successfully listed 2 crore units of its "8.25% Sanima Perpetual Non Cumulative Preference Shares (SANIMAPNP)" on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Jestha 7, 2083. The entire issue holds a total paid-up valuation of Rs. 2 arba, maintaining a standard face value of Rs. 100 per share. According to the regulatory disclosure, secondary market trading for these instruments is scheduled to commence tomorrow, Jestha 8, 2083. However, the commercial bank explicitly clarified that these perpetual non-cumulative instruments will be exclusively traded among institutional investors. Retail public investors, mutual funds, and licensed securities intermediaries—including stockbrokers, dealers, and merchant bankers—are legally barred from participating in the trading of these specific security units.
