Deadline Extended: More Time to Invest in Reliable Samriddhi Yojana 2!

Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited has announced an extension for the subscription period of its mutual fund scheme, "Reliable Samriddhi Yojana 2." Initially opened on May 12 (Baisakh 29), investors now have until May 26 (Jestha 12) to apply for the units. However, the capital noted that the issuance may close earlier if the issue becomes oversubscribed. Operating under Reliable Mutual Fund, this is a 10-year closed-end scheme seeking to raise Rs 1 billion by offering 100 million units at a face value of Rs 10 per unit. Out of the total volume, 15% (15 million units) has been reserved for institutional stakeholders—14% for the fund promoter, Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited, and 1% for the fund manager. The remaining 85 million units are open to the general public. Eligible investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units up to a maximum of 10 million units through the C-ASBA system or via MeroShare.
