    Gold Dips, Silver Gains! Precious Metal Prices Move in Opposite Directions

    Gold prices declined by Rs. 500 per tola in the Nepali market on Thursday, while silver became Rs. 5 more expensive per tola.

    Gold Dips, Silver Gains! Precious Metal Prices Move in Opposite Directions

    Gold prices edged lower while silver prices increased in the Nepali market on Thursday, Shrawan 28. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold fell by Rs. 500 per tola to Rs. 306,200, down from Rs. 306,700 per tola on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the price of silver rose by Rs. 5 per tola to Rs. 4,750, compared to Rs. 4,745 per tola in the previous trading session. The latest movement shows a slight decline in gold prices alongside a marginal increase in silver prices in the domestic precious metals market.
