NMB Saral Bachat Fund-E Declares 5.25% Annual Return

NMB Saral Bachat Fund-E (NMBSBF) has announced a 5.25% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors of NMB Capital Limited, the fund manager of the open-ended mutual fund, which is sponsored by NMB Bank Limited. For dividend distribution purposes, the book closure date has been fixed for Shrawan 21, 2083, meaning only unitholders registered by that date will be eligible to receive the declared return. As an open-ended mutual fund, NMBSBF also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), allowing eligible investors to reinvest their dividend—after deducting applicable taxes and DP charges—into additional units of the scheme at the prevailing Net Asset Value (NAV). According to the latest fund update, the NAV of NMBSBF stood at Rs. 10.59 at the end of Ashadh, reflecting the fund's asset value for the month.
