Chandragiri Investment Group to Launch IPO
Chandragiri Investment Group Limited plans to issue an IPO after AGM approval and announces a 4% cash dividend.
Chandragiri Investment Group Limited has decided to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) after its first Annual General Meeting approved key proposals.
The AGM endorsed the plan to float shares to the public, marking an important step in the company’s expansion. The company currently has an authorized capital of Rs. 50 crore.
During the meeting, shareholders also approved a 4% cash dividend. Chairman Rajan Shrestha announced the unanimous election of six board members, including Ramraja Acharya, Prakashman Shrestha, Dhirendra Shrestha, Shankar Maharjan, and Birendra Shrestha.
The company has already invested in multiple sectors through ventures like Indreni Mushroom Farm, The Nilaya Hotels, Kaule Vineyard Agro, Everest Colour, and Mero Kishan.
With plans to enter the capital market, the company aims to expand its investment portfolio, attract public investors, and strengthen its position in Nepal’s growing investment sector.
