United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) is wrapping up the subscription period for its 10% right share issuance today, May 14, 2026 (Baisakh 31, 2083). The company is issuing 2.31 million units of shares at a face value of NPR 100 per unit, aimed at reinforcing its capital base to meet regulatory requirements. Investors who held shares on the book closure date of February 28, 2026 (Falgun 17, 2082) are eligible to participate. Applications can be submitted through C-ASBA member banks, the Mero Share platform, or the issue manager, Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited. Following this issuance, the company’s paid-up capital is set to increase from NPR 2.31 billion to NPR 2.54 billion.
