Gold Price Drops Rs. 5,800 Per Tola in Nepal
Gold and silver prices fell sharply in the Nepali market on Friday, with gold declining by Rs. 5,800 per tola and silver dropping by Rs. 155 per tola.
Gold and silver prices witnessed a sharp decline in the Nepali market on Friday (Shrawan 8). According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold fell by Rs. 5,800 per tola, bringing it down to Rs. 285,500 per tola from Rs. 291,300 per tola on Thursday. Silver prices also declined significantly, dropping by Rs. 155 per tola. The precious metal is being traded at Rs. 4,350 per tola, compared to Rs. 4,505 per tola in the previous trading session. The latest decline reflects a notable correction in domestic precious metal prices.
