Gold and Silver Prices Surge Again: Gold Inches Up by NPR 400, Silver Rises by NPR 50!
Both gold and silver recorded a price hike in the Nepalese market on Tuesday, Jestha 19. Gold increased by NPR 400 per tola to reach NPR 311,300, while silver went up by NPR 50 per tola, trading at NPR 5,405.
The domestic market witnessed a minor surge in the prices of precious metals on Tuesday, Jestha 19. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold became dearer by NPR 400 per tola, bringing today's trading price to NPR 311,300. In comparison, the yellow metal was bought and sold at NPR 310,900 per tola on Monday. Moving in tandem with gold, silver prices also registered an increase. Silver jumped by NPR 50 per tola today to be traded at NPR 5,405, up from Monday's closing price of NPR 5,355 per tola.
