Gold and Silver Prices Surge; Gold Trades at Rs 295,300 per Tola on Tuesday
On Tuesday, Nepali markets saw gold and silver prices rise to Rs 295,300 and Rs 5,085 per tola, respectively.
The domestic bullion market witnessed a notable increase in the prices of precious metals on Tuesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold surged by Rs 500 per tola, bringing the trading rate to Rs 295,300, compared to Monday's closing price of Rs 294,800 per tola. In tandem with gold, silver prices also experienced an upward trend, climbing by Rs 45 per tola. With this latest hike, silver is currently being traded at Rs 5,085 per tola, up from Monday's valuation of Rs 5,040 per tola. Market analysts attribute this steady rise to fluctuating international market trends and shifting economic indicators.
