House of Representatives Prioritizes Tourism Sector Bill and Electoral Law Amendments
The House of Representatives meets today to advance the Tourism Bill and the National Forensic Laboratory establishment pact.
The House of Representatives (HoR) is scheduled to convene at 11:00 AM today at the Federal Parliament Secretariat to discuss several key legislative proposals. During the meeting, Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Khadak Raj Paudel is slated to present a proposal seeking consideration on the ‘Tourism Bill, 2081’. Additionally, Minister for Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Sobhita Gautam will table the ‘National Forensic Laboratory (Establishment and Operation) Bill, 2081’ on behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, sending it for clause-wise discussion in the respective parliamentary committee. The legislative agenda for today’s parliamentary session also includes detailed discussions and final endorsement procedures for both the ‘HoR Member Election (First Amendment) Bill, 2083’ and the ‘Voter List (First Amendment) Bill, 2083’.
