Manjushree Finance Reports Strong Q3 Growth; Net Profit Hits NPR 21.89 Crore
Manjushree Finance (MFIL) has reported a significant 27.93% increase in net profit, reaching NPR 218.9 million for the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The finance company also posted a robust distributable profit of NPR 305.4 million, with an earnings per share (EPS) of NPR 21.60.
According to the unrefined financial statements for the first nine months of the fiscal year, Manjushree Finance's profit growth was primarily driven by a 10.24% rise in net interest income and a strategic reduction in impairment charges, which dropped from NPR 145.4 million to NPR 117.5 million. The company's total operating income and operating profit both saw a healthy climb of over 10% compared to the previous year.
