Yeti Airlines to Launch IPO; Signs Agreement with NIMB Ace Capital
Yeti Airlines prepares for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to expand its domestic flight network and strengthen regional connectivity across Nepal.
Yeti Airlines Limited has officially announced its intention to enter the capital market through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The airline has entered into a formal agreement with NIMB Ace Capital Limited, appointing them as the Issue and Sales Manager for the share flotation. The pact was signed by Yeti’s CFO, Anup Acharya, and NIMB Ace Capital’s Deputy CEO, Sachindra Dhungana. As a pioneer in Nepal’s private aviation sector, Yeti Airlines has consistently prioritized flight safety and operational reliability. By going public, the airline aims to strengthen its financial base to further enhance its services across both urban centers and remote sectors, ultimately contributing to the nation’s growing aviation infrastructure.
