Sanigad Hydro Concludes IPO Allotment: Over 467,400 Lucky Applicants Allotted 10 Units Each

The primary share allotment of Sanigad Hydro Limited was officially completed on Monday morning, June 15, 2026, at the central office of its issue and sales manager, Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited. The company had previously opened a public subscription for 4,674,000 units of ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share from Jestha 18 to Jestha 21. Given the overwhelming enthusiasm in the capital market, the public issue drew massive oversubscription, making a lottery system mandatory under current regulations. Through the lucky draw, a total of 467,400 eligible applicants were successfully allotted the minimum lot size of 10 shares each, while the rest of the applicants were left empty-handed. Individual results can be formally checked through the official CDSC IPO portal, the MeroShare application, or the issue manager's official website.
