Gold and Silver Prices Drop in Domestic Market

Gold prices in Nepal fell by Rs 800 per tola on Wednesday, April 22 (Baishakh 9), while silver saw a decline of Rs 30 per tola. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, gold is now trading at Rs 300,500 per tola.

Gold and Silver Prices Drop in Domestic Market

The domestic bullion market experienced a downward trend today as both precious metals saw a decrease in their market value. Fine gold, which was traded at Rs 301,300 per tola on Tuesday, dropped to Rs 300,500 per tola following the Rs 800 price cut.

Silver prices followed a similar trajectory, decreasing by Rs 30 per tola. The white metal is currently being exchanged at Rs 5,130 per tola, down from Tuesday's closing price of Rs 5,160. This dip in prices reflects the latest adjustments based on international market fluctuations and domestic demand-supply dynamics.
