Global IME Laghubitta Announces 9.5% Dividend

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) has announced a 9.5% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2082/83. The proposed dividend includes 6% bonus shares and 3.5% cash dividend, including tax, based on the company’s existing paid-up capital. The decision was taken by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on Ashoj 12, 2083. The proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Listing Date and Book Closure Date are yet to be announced.
