Equity supply on the secondary market is set to expand as the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) officially lists 1,20,00,000 unit shares of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited (TPKHL). The listing aggregates the entire capital structure of the company, combining promoter-held shares with the public float. NEPSE has fixed the crucial first-day trading range between a floor of Rs. 100 and a ceiling of Rs. 300. Provided that the formal listing agreement is finalized, the stock will make its secondary market debut on Sunday, Ashad 8, 2083. Shareholders who bagged allocations during the public issue—which saw 42,30,668 units floated at a par value of Rs. 100 from Baishakh 23 to Baishakh 28, 2083—should keep a close eye on pre-open sessions to track the opening price discovery.
