KSBBL Approves 15% Cash Dividend for FY 2082/83
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has approved a 15% cash dividend, including tax, for ordinary shareholders for FY 2082/83 at its 20th AGM.
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) has approved a 15% cash dividend, including tax, for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2082/83. The dividend was approved at the bank’s 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Bhadra 31 at Amprali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, under the chairmanship of Sudip Acharya. The AGM also approved a proportional 9% dividend for preference shareholders, applicable from the date of allocation of the preference shares until the end of Ashadh 2083. The meeting endorsed the bank’s audited financial statements for FY 2082/83, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and related schedules. It also approved the appointment of N.B.S.M. & Associates as the bank’s external auditor. According to CEO Dinesh Thakali, the bank remains focused on strengthening its operations and achieving sustainable growth while continuing its record of double-digit dividend distribution.
