Laxmi Sunrise Bank Partners with CIT for Efficient Retirement Fund Management

Laxmi Sunrise Bank has taken a significant step toward boosting employee welfare by outsourcing its retirement fund administration to Citizen Investment Trust (CIT). The newly signed agreement mandates CIT to handle the end-to-end processing of provident funds and gratuity for the bank’s workforce. The Trust will act as the primary custodian of employee records, managing monthly contributions and ensuring transparent, timely payouts upon retirement. By integrating these accounts with CIT’s established system, employees of Laxmi Sunrise Bank will gain access to regulated interest benefits and a more transparent viewing of their long-term savings. This partnership underscores the bank's commitment to providing a secure and organized financial transition for its retiring staff.
