    Everest Color Limited’s IPO Closes Today for General Public

    Today (Jestha 27) marks the final opportunity for the general public to subscribe to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Everest Color Limited. The company is offering 655,700 ordinary shares during this second phase of its public issuance.

    Everest Color Limited’s IPO Closes Today for General Public

    The subscription window for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Everest Color Limited, which opened on Jestha 22, is scheduled to close today, Jestha 27, at the banking hours deadline. Following the successful allocation of shares to migrant Nepalese workers abroad during the first phase, the company opened subscription for the general public. Out of its total approved issuance of 790,000 units (valued at ₨ 79 million, representing 26.33% of its ₨ 300 million issued capital), the company has already allotted 79,000 units to Nepalese citizens employed abroad, 39,500 units to mutual funds, and 15,800 units to company employees. Consequently, the remaining 655,700 shares, with a face value of ₨ 100 per share (totaling ₨ 65.57 million), are currently available for public subscription. Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager.
