    Mithila Laghubitta's 14.25% Bonus Shares Officially Listed on NEPSE

    NEPSE has formally listed 319,104.74 units of bonus shares from Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (MLBBL) following their recent dividend endorsement.

    Mithila Laghubitta's 14.25% Bonus Shares Officially Listed on NEPSE

    Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd (MLBBL) has completed the listing process for its bonus shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). A total of 319,104.74 units have been added to the exchange, originating from the dividend package approved during the company’s 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Poush 30.

    The distribution follows the company's fiscal year 2081/82 earnings, where shareholders endorsed a total dividend of 15%. This payout was structured as:

    • 14.25% Bonus Shares: Valued at approximately Rs 3.19 crores.

    • 0.75% Cash Dividend: Valued at Rs 16.79 lakhs (intended for tax purposes).

    With the listing now complete, these shares are tradable in the secondary market. At the time of this report, Mithila Laghubitta’s stock (MLBBL) maintains a Last Traded Price (LTP) of Rs 1,300.00.
