The three-day event aims to encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology-based solutions among youth, focusing on digital systems, cybersecurity, and environmental sustainability.

A total of 20 teams with 63 participants from across Nepal will compete by presenting fintech designs and practical solution prototypes. Participants will also receive mentorship from experts in fintech, cybersecurity, and IT sectors.

eSewa CEO Jagdish Khadka stated that the hackathon will help develop problem-solving skills among young people while supporting sustainable development and a secure fintech ecosystem. Winning teams will receive cash prizes of NPR 300,000, NPR 200,000, and NPR 100,000 for first, second, and third place respectively.
