UMRH Dividend Alert: 5% Bonus Shares + 0.26% Cash Dividend Announced

United Idi Mardi and RB Hydropower Limited (UMRH) has announced a dividend proposal for its shareholders from the profit earned during the last fiscal year. As per the decision of the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 25, the company has proposed distributing 5% bonus shares and 0.26% cash dividend for tax purposes based on its existing paid-up capital. The proposed dividend will be distributed only after obtaining approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has yet to announce the book closure date for the proposed dividend.
