Everest Color Shares Make NEPSE Debut at Rs. 296.60 Per Share

Shares of Everest Color Limited (ECL) commenced trading on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Friday during the special pre-open session, with the company's first transaction executed at Rs. 296.60 per share. The company was listed on NEPSE on Thursday after listing a total of 3 million shares, including 790,000 ordinary shares issued to the public and 2.21 million promoter shares. For its market debut, NEPSE had assigned an opening price range of Rs. 100 to Rs. 300 per share, within which the first trade was executed. Following the successful price discovery in the special pre-open session, Everest Color shares, traded under the ticker symbol ECL, are now eligible for regular trading in the secondary market.
