The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM. The AGM will endorse a proposal to distribute a 3.6842% cash dividend, including tax, based on the company's current paid-up capital. Other key agenda items include approval of the financial statements for the last fiscal year and the appointment of an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year. The company has fixed Monday, Kartik 16, as the book closure date for the AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, shareholders holding the company's shares until Friday, Kartik 13, will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
