Mid Solu Hydropower’s 15% Bonus Shares Now Tradable on NEPSE

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has officially listed 1,122,600 units of bonus shares from Mid Solu Hydropower Limited (MSHL). These shares are now available for trading in the secondary market. The listing follows the company’s 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Poush 21, where shareholders approved a total dividend of 15.789% for the Fiscal Year 2081/82. This dividend package included a 15% stock dividend (bonus shares) valued at Rs 11.22 crore and a 0.789% cash dividend worth Rs 59.08 lakh for tax purposes. Following the formal listing process, the bonus units have been credited to the respective demat accounts of the shareholders. As of the latest market close, MSHL’s stock was trading at Rs 681.40.
