Nabil Bank Launches Cross-Border P2P Remittance Service Between Nepal and India

Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) has officially rolled out its cross-border Person-to-Person (P2P) remittance service to streamline funds transfers between Nepal and India. This newly launched feature is designed to offer a seamless, secure, and immediate digital channel for citizens of both nations to send and receive money across borders. Under this arrangement, Indian nationals maintaining accounts with Nabil Bank can utilize the bank's proprietary mobile banking application, 'nBank', to execute real-time fund transfers directly to their family and friends residing in India. Furthermore, the bank has simplified inbound transfers, allowing both Nepalese and Indian citizens to send remittances to Nabil Bank account holders in Nepal with enhanced speed and ease. According to bank officials, this financial corridor has been specifically engineered to eliminate traditional friction in cross-border payments, making transactions highly accessible, secure, and intuitive for users on both sides of the border.
