Who Can Apply for ADBL 4th-Level Job?
All qualified Nepali citizens are eligible to apply for the position. But those who have been dismissed from the service of the Government of Nepal or any organized body, found guilty by the court in a criminal charge involving moral turpitude, determined to be ineligible for a position in a bank or financial institution according to regulations and instructions issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, blacklisted for non-payment of loans from a bank or financial institution, mentally unstable, or those who provide false information in the application form will be disqualified.
Candidates currently employed in the Nepalese Government or Nepalese Government-owned organizations must obtain departmental approval from their respective organizations before submitting their applications.
Minimum Education Required for ADBL 4th Level
Educational Qualification: Proficiency Certificate or 10+2 passed in Management Faculty or Humanities Faculty from a recognized university or examination board. The candidate must also have at least 3 months of basic computer training.
