    Himalayan Power Partner (HPPL) Opens Auction for Over 468,000 Unclaimed Right Shares

    Himalayan Power Partner Limited (HPPL) has initiated an auction for 468,740 units of ordinary right shares starting today, Jestha 27. The auction includes the unsubscribed portion of its recent rights issuance and will remain open until Ashar 4.

    Himalayan Power Partner (HPPL) Opens Auction for Over 468,000 Unclaimed Right Shares

    Himalayan Power Partner Limited (HPPL) is set to auction 468,740 units of unclaimed ordinary right shares to the general public, with the bidding window opening today, Jestha 27, 2083. The auction follows the company's recent 1:0.50 ratio rights offering conducted between Baishakh 17 and Jestha 6, 2083. During the initial issuance, 46,769 valid applicants subscribed to 4,858,345 units (91.2% of the total issue), leaving approximately 8.79% of the shares unclaimed. Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager to oversee the auction process, which is scheduled to conclude on Ashar 4, 2083. The minimum bid price has been established at ₨ 100 per share, and retail investors as well as institutional entities can submit bids for a minimum quantity of 100 units. While maximum bidding limits can extend up to the total available volume, participants must adhere to overarching regulatory ceilings per entity.
