    Over 5.32 Million HPPL Right Shares Listed on NEPSE

    The newly issued right shares of Himalayan Power Partner Ltd. have been listed for trading on NEPSE following the completion of the allotment and auction process.

    Over 5.32 Million HPPL Right Shares Listed on NEPSE

    A total of 5,327,085 right shares of Himalayan Power Partner Ltd. (HPPL) have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), making them eligible for secondary market trading. The company had issued the right shares in a 1:0.50 ratio to its existing shareholders from April 30 to May 20, 2026 (17 Baishakh–6 Jestha 2083). Of the total issuance, 4,858,345 shares were allotted to eligible shareholders, while the remaining 468,740 unsubscribed shares were subsequently sold through an auction held from June 10 to June 18, 2026 (27 Jestha–4 Ashad 2083). Following the completion of both the allotment and auction processes, all 5.32 million right shares have now been officially listed on NEPSE. Global IME Capital Limited served as the issue and auction manager. As of the latest trading session, HPPL shares were trading at Rs 365.10.
