Krishna Bhir Landslide Removal Intensified
Authorities have intensified efforts to clear the landslide at Krishna Bhir along the Prithvi Highway in Dhading and resume traffic.
Efforts to clear the massive landslide blocking the Krishna Bhir section of the Prithvi Highway in Dhading have been accelerated, with technical teams and rescue personnel working on a war footing. The road section has remained obstructed since Monday, prompting the government to prioritize its reopening to ease vehicular movement. A team of 18 workers and technical personnel has been deployed from both directions. Authorities are currently cutting trees around the landslide area, after which excavators and bulldozers kept on standby will be used to remove mud, debris and rocks. All necessary manpower and equipment have been mobilized to reopen the highway as soon as possible.
