    Sarbottam Paints Limited has made its first trade on NEPSE at Rs. 300 per share during the Special Pre-Open Session, marking the company’s official entry into the secondary market.

    Sarbottam Paints Limited has commenced its first trading on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) under the ticker SAPIL at Rs. 300 per share during Thursday’s Special Pre-Open Session. The company’s shares were listed on NEPSE on Wednesday, Shrawan 27, paving the way for its first transaction the following day. A total of 3.4 million shares have been listed on NEPSE, comprising 850,000 public shares and 2.55 million promoter shares. For the initial trading, NEPSE had set an opening range of Rs. 100 to Rs. 300 per share, and the first transaction took place at the upper limit of the range. Following the successful debut in the Special Pre-Open Session, SAPIL shares are now eligible for regular trading in the secondary market.
