Kumari Bank has called its 26th AGM on October 14 to approve a 2.0156% cash dividend, including tax, proposed from its profit for FY 2082/83.

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has called its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the cash dividend proposed for shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The AGM will be held on October 14, 2026 (Ashoj 28, 2083) at Silver Oak Banquet & Events, Subarna Shumsher Road, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM. Among the key agendas, the AGM will approve a 2.0156% cash dividend, including tax, on the bank’s current paid-up capital. The meeting will also consider approval of the bank’s financial statements, appointment of the auditor, and other regular AGM agendas. The bank has fixed October 5, 2026 (Ashoj 19, 2083) as the book closure date for the AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, shareholders who hold the bank’s shares until October 2, 2026 (Ashoj 16, 2083) will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed cash dividend.
