Dividend Alert: Sanima Middle Tamor Proposes 5.263% Cash Dividend

Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited (TAMOR) has proposed a 5.263% cash dividend, including tax, for the fiscal year 2082/83. The proposal was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on Ashwin 7, 2083. Based on the company’s existing paid-up capital of Rs. 3.33 arba, the proposed dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders following the required approvals. The company has also called its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 30, 2083. The AGM will consider the proposed dividend along with other regular agenda items. TAMOR has announced Ashwin 19 as the book closure date for both the dividend and AGM. Accordingly, shareholders who hold the company’s shares before Ashwin 16 will be eligible for the proposed dividend and entitled to participate in the AGM. As of the latest trading session, TAMOR’s Last Traded Price (LTP) stands at Rs. 534 per share.
