ICFC Announces 10.53% Cash Dividend for Shareholders

ICFC Finance Limited has announced a 10.5263% cash dividend, including tax, to its shareholders from the profit earned during fiscal year 2082/83. The decision was taken by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on Bhadra 16. The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Since the dividend is entirely in cash, no bonus shares have been proposed, and the book closure date will be announced later.
