The proposed Collective Investment Fund Policy, 2083, seeks to diversify investment products, modernize fund management practices and strengthen investor protection through improved regulation, transparency and governance. The draft policy has been prepared in line with the Capital Market Strengthening and Revitalization Action Plan issued by the Ministry of Finance on Bhadra 29, 2083. SEBON has published the document for public consultation and invited feedback and suggestions from stakeholders by Kartik 15. The proposed framework aims to bring the establishment, operation, regulation and supervision of collective investment funds under a more integrated system.
