    United Ajod Insurance (UAIL) Proposes 4.5% Dividend for Shareholders

    United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has announced a 4.51% total dividend, including 4.28% bonus shares, from the profits of the last fiscal year.

    United Ajod Insurance (UAIL) Proposes 4.5% Dividend for Shareholders

    United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has officially proposed a dividend for its shareholders from the distributable profits of the previous fiscal year. A board of directors meeting held on Ashar 4 resolved to distribute a total dividend of 4.51 percent based on the company's current paid-up capital of Rs. 2.31 Arba. The proposed payout comprises 4.28 percent in bonus shares and 0.22 percent in cash, which is specifically allocated to cover the applicable tax obligations for the bonus distribution. This dividend payout is subject to final approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) before being distributed to eligible shareholders.
