SIKLES Hydropower Proposes 13.375% Dividend for FY 2082/83

Sikles Hydropower Limited (SIKLES) has announced a 12.706% bonus share dividend and a 0.669% cash dividend for tax purposes from its profit for the fiscal year 2082/83. The decision was taken by the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on Ashoj 19, 2083. The proposed dividend is subject to approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Upon receiving the required approvals, the dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders.
